Wanted: Sales Shoes
Oh how I wished I was in the UK right now…. there is nothing better than Sales in the UK as there is soooo much choice! Ok, ok, I admit there is taking the Sales a bit too seriously (yes I’m referring to all the crazy ones that actually queue to go Next at silly hours!!! No idea what’s possessed them, firstly to get up that early and to get up for Next?!), I also now and then struggle with the mess that comes with Sales but all in, I have found my best shoes to unbelievable prices and all I can say is, put your best running shoes on, don’t think about it and dive in… or do it online, much less hassle (“,)
Starting with the shop where I possibly bought the most from, ever…
Have you got the (W)edge?

Style 3: The Wedge
The good old trusted wedge, it’s come in and out and will never disappear as far as I’m concerned. Some might remember I’ve stocked up in last seasons sale and my lovely Nicole Fahri wedges have already come to good use.
I love wedges, so comfy, stylish yet so easy to walk in, none of this wobbling about on a small heel. Having recently moved to Switzerland where every second street seems cobbled, they will be the choice of heel for me this season. Although careful, as they can be heavy and depending on the strap they could get very uncomfortable as they hang off your ankle. But these little things should not hold you back and if you’ve not got already one in your collection, make sure you get one!!
Here are some of my favourites under £150 (it was so hard again as Miu Miu, Christian Dior and all the great designers have created some master pieces):
Vivienne Westwood Anglomania @ Asos £120
Step into Spring & Summer in kitten heels
As I’m looking for a few spring/summer shoes to update my wardrobe, I thought I share my favourites. Sadly I won’t be able to get them all but they are too pretty to not find a home.
Style 1: The kitten heel
You can call any heel under 5cm a kitten heel but from my experience you have to be careful as it’s probably the only shoe that can age you by 20 years! But stop thinking granny shoes as there are some really funky ones around and not only do they look good, I see them as flat shoes as you can wear them all day, pain free! Well… mainly pain free.
Dune @Debenhams £65 v

Love this t-bar with a kitten wedge, my favourite
Gloriosa by Beatrix Ong £208 v

But enough of the kitten wedge

Salut Court by LK Bennett £145 v

Shoes We Spotted at LFW
My other obsession which got fed at the LFW are shoes!! My oh my what lovely pairs walked around, here are a few of my favourites:

What’s in your Wardrobe: Nathalie from Emerging Fervour
Or what’s in your suitcase as I’ve been in Hamburg the last 2 weeks and due to the bloody weight restriction, I was only allowed to travel with 15kg. 15kg for 4 weeks?!?! On top of that I was told, pack for rain, snow, laid back and lots of walking… mh that sounded to me like 4 different wardrobes. So after going though mine several times I packed things to mix and match and having now spend over 2 weeks interchanging I feel I go the balance right. There is a lot of blue in there though….
This is my favourite dress, it’s vintage from the 50ties and I found it on eBay for a fiver. It can be dressed up or down depending on shoes and/or cardigan. My Marc Jacobs boots (I salivated over them for months on end but patiently waited for the big Sale and got lucky!! I love them so so much!!) and my lovely Clements bag (Secret Diary of a Handbag Designer) complete the look. This outfit makes me feel happy no matter what mood I was in before and will come with me wherever I go.
